Tracking #’s are available after 7 business days of auction closed. Hopefully, you will receive your merchandise within that time frame. USPS shipments are shipped with delivery confirmation and a tracking number. This information will be provided if requested, by email. Communication: I usually reply to all E-mail’s within 24 hours or less . If you do not hear a response back from me within that time frame, (check your emails - I will inform all buyers, when I will be out of the office) or there may be a possibility that your E-mail address is not up to date with Ebay and or your spam filters are blocking it. (especially AOL, YAHOO, HOTMAIL & EARTHLINK users.)
Return policy: All sales are final. Orders cannot be cancelled once it has been placed. Items are personally inspected and packed by me before they are shipped. All Items leave the warehouse in perfect condition. If your package is damaged when you receive it, do not open it. Please return the damaged goods to us by placing the original carton inside a slightly larger box and attaching a copy of your letter to us on the outside of the package. Buyer must pay for any return shipping charges under all circumstances, even if the item is damaged during shipping. We will pay for shipping it back to the buyer. **Karaoke music discs (CDGs, CDGMs, VCDs and DVDs) are recreations recorded by independent manufacturers. The manufacturer will hire independent artists and bands to recreate songs done in the likeness of the original artist, with the goal of sounding as similar to the original artist as possible. Manufacturers’ interpretation of like songs will sound different throughout different manufacturers. Some songs and titles may vary or change due to manufacturer rights.
CDG Karaoke disks require a special Karaoke player called a Karaoke CDG Player. A Karaoke CDG player is similar to a regular CD player, except that it has an additional chip for reading the graphics track of a CDG. A CDG Karaoke disc will play (only the sound, not the graphics) in any standard CD or DVD player. A CDG karaoke disc will sometimes work on a computer with a CD-ROM drive or DVD-ROM drive, however it depends on the karaoke disc manufacturer.
Please Note: Keep in mind that only a CDG karaoke player can read the graphics track, so the song lyrics will not be displayed on a standard CD player, DVD player or computer. Printed out song lyrics are not provided. Discs come in sleeves, the type of sleeve depends on the brand and manufacturer.
