We were introduced to eBay in 1998. In those days we did more buying than selling. Those positive experiences motivated us to begin to sell on eBay ourselves. We started by selling computer software. Soon after, we added computer hardware to our inventory. In the fall of 2007, we have expanded our business even further by adding DVDs, video games, and electronics. What started as a small business venture in 1998 selling software has grown into a tech company that is committed to bringing you the best products and rock bottom pricing. Shipping Information

• The flat rate shipping/handling charge is FREE to any address within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam). 
• Orders will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Tracking number will be emailed at shipment. Sometimes these emails wind up in SPAM folders. If you don't receive a tracking number within 24 hours of sending your payment, please check your SPAM folder before emailing us. 
• We ship Priority Mail to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam.
• We ship to military addresses via Priority Mail. God bless our troops as they work daily to preserve our freedom.
• Shipping to Canada and Mexico is $26.95 via USPS Priority Mail International.
• Shipping to countries outside North America is $34.95 via USPS Express Mail International.
• All orders ship within 24 hours of the receipt of your payment (except for PayPal eChecks)
• Shipping/handling costs are not negotiable.
• We will not ship to you using your own UPS/FedEx/DHL account number.
• Please report any shipping damage to us immediately.

• We accept returns providing that the product is returned to us UNOPENED and in mint condition. You must email us to receive an RMA. We will email you instructions on how to return the product to us. We do not pay for return shipping. We refund the purchase price of the product only. We do not refund shipping/handling. We reserve the right to refuse a return if we believe that the circumstances warrant it. We want our customers to be satisfied. Please read the item description carefully before you bid.

• What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
  Report any damages during shipment to us immediately. Please report damage to UPS shipments using the following link: Click Here.

• How do I know my order has been shipped?
  You will receive an email with the tracking number(s) for your order within 24 hours of sending your payment. If you do not receive the email, please check your SPAM folder or verify that you have a valid email address on file with eBay.

• When will my order be shipped?
  All orders are shipped within 24 hours of the receipt of payment, often same day. Orders paid with an eCheck at PayPal will be shipped when the eCheck has cleared which usually takes 3-4 business days.

• Do I have to pay sales tax on my order?
  We only charge sales tax to customers in the state of Tennessee as required by law. Sales tax for our Tennessee customers is 9.25%.

• Can I pick up the item to avoid having to pay shipping/handling costs?
  We do not allow local pickups for security reasons.
  
• Can I get a discount if I purchase multiple units?
  Our BUY IT NOW price is firm. We have great pricing, immediate shipping, and a trustworthy reputation. Our products are priced to move. You have zero risk doing business here. What you see is what you get. We discount shipping for multiple item orders. If you are planning to place a large order, please email us for a shipping quote.
  
• What if I run into problems installing the software? Warranty is provided direct through the manufacturer. You can reach Microsoft tech support at 800-642-7676. All Microsoft software we sell includes free tech support from Microsoft.

• What if I can't get the product key to work? The product key is located INSIDE the software package (not on the box top).  You will find the product key on an orange sticker on the back of where the CD or DVD is housed.  If you are experiencing problems getting the product key to work, please carefully check the product key to differentiate between 8s and Bs. That is the most common problem we have experienced with installation. It's best to have another person type the product key if you are having problems getting it to work. We have not had a single bad product key from any product we have sold in the past year.
  
• What if the CD or DVD appears not to be readable in my computer?  First off, if your software came with a DVD, your regular CD drive will not read it.  Be sure you are inserting the media into the appropriate drive.  DVDs can be read by DVD-ROM drives, CD-RW/DVD-ROM Combination Drives, and DVD+/-RW Drives.  If it appears that the media is bad, Microsoft replaces non-functional CDs or DVDs free of charge.  You can reach them at 800-360-7561 to request a replacement.  You will have to provide them with the product key of your software. 

• How do I open the software box? While that sounds like a dumb question, we get emails asking about it more often than you think. First, remove the sticker that seals the box at 3 o'clock. Second, using a knife, at 12 o'clock, slice the sticker at the two seams located above and below the COA (certificate of authenticity). Third, pull the red ribbon at the top of the box towards 3 o'clock to slide out the box contents to the right.
  
• Need a CD instead of a DVD?  If you received a "format error" message when trying to install your new software, this likely indicates that your PCs drive cannot read the supplied DVD(s) and that a CD(s) is required instead.  Click the following link to obtain the CD media of the software.  http://www.microsoft.com/windows/products/windowsvista/buyorupgrade/ordercd.mspx  You will be required to provide your product key and contact information to obtain your new media.
