Description
    This auction is for set of crystal tumblers.
 
There are 4 in the set.
 
They are Waterford. 
 
They are the Tramore pattern.
 
They are 10 oz. tumblers.
 
They are 4 7/8" tall.
 
They are being listed as used since they are pre-owned. 
 
They are in excellent condition with no defects that I can see.
 
   There is a $5.00 handling fee on this item to help cover the cost of shipping materials. 
 
The handling fee is included in the quoted shipping price.

MY TERMS As of Oct. 6, 2009
 
Due to the age and value of these items I am adding a handling fee to all my items.  The fee will be stated in the begining of the listing description section.  It will be between $5.00 and $10.00.
 
I normally combine shipping on my items but I do not when it is something delicate that I think can be damaged by being packaged with something else.   I will specify it in my listing.
 
With the up coming holiday season and the changes withing the postal service and its downsizing I will be going to the post office on Mondays and Fridays only!!!!  I also only use the methods of shipping that are stated in this listing so please do not ask for me to ship it another way after you have won the bid or bought the item.
 
I ask all buyers to please look carefully at all the pictures and feel free to ask any
questions before bidding.   I will reply to them as soon as I can.  I also ask that you please read my entire listing before bidding so that there is no confusion or misunderstandings.  I try to take pictures as best as I can within the limitations of the camera that I have at the moment.  I also try to list the item as completely and with as much information that I have on the item.

I want to also update my shipping terms. The post office here in the States has once again raised the price of shipping fees.  So please bare this in mind when looking at the shipping rates and when rating my shipping rates in DSR's.  All custom or duty fees are due and payable buy the buyer to the shipping agent upon delivery or pick up of the item.  I do not know what these fees will be from country to country so it is up to all buyers to check on that before bidding. These fees are the buyers responsibility to pay.

I do give feedback but only after I have received feedback from the buyers. So please take a moment once you have received your item to look it over and leave some feedback.  That one moment of your time is greatly appreciated.

Payment
I accept PayPal only for payment on all sales. Payment is due within 7 days of purchase of merchandise.

Shipping
Shipment of merchandise is made Mondays and Fridays after receipt of payment of merchandise. I list shipping options that are available for the destination of the item. I only ship by the means that I have listed as options in my listing. Buyers pay for all shipping charges. Shipping rates and limitations have changed for shipping not only for International shipping but also for Domestic shipping. I charge a small handling fee for the cost of insurance and packaging materials.

Terms of Sale
All sales are As-Is. They are listed as used and/or pre-owned. All sales are to be paid within 7 days of winning bids or buy it now. If payments are not received I will turn it in to Ebay and either second chance offer the item or re-list the item. I only accept returns for errors in my listing description. If a return is needed to be made. I require notification within 24 hours of receipt of the item by the buyer. I must have my item returned to me within 7 days of receipt of item by the buyer. I must have the item returned to me in the original packaging with insurance and delivery confirmation within 7 days of receipt of merchandise by the buyer. All refunds will be made via PayPal. They will be made within 3 days of receipt of returned merchandise. I do not do partial refunds or returns. Buyers are responsible for shipping cost on returns.
