We ONLY ship to confirmed addresses when paid with paypal

If insurance has been purchased, & despite our efforts, the carrier damages or loses the package, the BUYER files the claim with the carrier- not us.  Since the buyer has possession of the item & packing materials, the buyer must file the insurance claim.

We do not reimburse you, the carrier does.

Just let us know, and we will mail out the insurance receipt & help you any way we can.

International shipping is more & does not always carry insurance. Buyer assumes all risks. International shipping charges may include a handling fee.  Please ask ahead of time for postage cost BEFORE bidding if not posted in ad.

While we are pet free & smoke free, we sometimes buy items at estate sales & can not vouch for those items being allergy free for those buyers sensitive to them.
