General Returns
All merchandise purchased from us may be returned within 7 days of receiving

Restocking Fee
The shipping charge is non-refundable . All returns will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee.

*** Items that do not meet our returns guidelines will receive only partial refunds:

Any unopened media item or non-media item in original condition that is returned more than 7 days after delivery: 75% of item's price.
Any book that has obvious signs of use: 50% of item's price.
Any CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap): 50% of item's price.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error: up to 50% of item's price.

Defective Merchandise
defective product can only be returned in exchange for the exact same product, or for
product originally purchased as Open Box. Returned for exchange must made within 7
days of the shipment  date.

Cancellation of Orders
Order can be canceled at no cost to you if the item has not yet shipped. Canceled orders that have shipped must be returned unopened.

Return of Unclaimed Parcel
Your Post Office will return the parcel to us if the parcel is unclaimed over a certain period
or found undeliverable due to wrong shipping address. Under some circumstances, you may be charged for return shipping.
you are required to reimburse us any possible return shipping charges claimed by your
Post Office, the re-shipping charges of the parcel and the cost of packing materials .

Other guideline
For your protection, we suggest you send your return with insurance and
delivery confirmation for tracking purposes. We are not responsible for any
returned packages lost in shipping. If you add delivery confirmation to your
return, your package will be trackable, and will serve as evidence of
mailing.

We cannot honor refunds or exchanges for any merchandise that is sent back
us after 7 days, has been used, opened, damaged, or is not in its original condition and
original packaging.
