  • This item ships to the US and Canada.   Shipping to Canada is done using UPS.  We are not responsible for any additional duty or Tax fees charged by UPS.

  • We and cannot mail to P.O Boxes. A physical street address will be required for delivery. We do not ship to APO addresses.
  • Shipping costs to Alaska and Hawaii will be an additional $10.

Return Policy
Personalized items can’t be returned.   We will replace broken or damaged items.  Items that are not personalized can be replaced if broken or damaged.
Damaged and Broken Items
Defective or Broken items must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving your item. After this time we can’t honor any claims. We do not offer refunds but we will replace your broken or defective item.
Please note that when you are ordering glass and ceramic products there may be small imperfections or variations that are not considered flaws.
