These are strong, sturdy and well-made Brand new men's sandals with a bungee type fastener. They are new with tags. The are cast one piece construction and very comfortable. Made with a PVC Rubber material. Each case includes sizes 7 to 13. The tag is a wal-mart tag pre-priced at $9.
