As you can see by our feedback, we put a great amount of care & time into packing and shipping each item. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the postal service is always as careful. In most cases we do not make shipping insurance a requirement for purchase; however, we highly recommend it. We do add this insurance as a requirement for items over $40 USD or very fragile items. Please understand that we do not assume responsibility for shipping damage or loss. We have found insurance at a slightly lower rate than the USPS in order to keep charges as reasonable as possible. We do advise that you take advantage of the shipping insurance option.
