Returns for refund (less shipping) or exchange are accepted on regular priced items if returned within 14 days of our outbound shipment. Returns for store credit or exchanges on regular priced items or best offer items can be made if returned 14 - 30 days of our outbound shipment. Item must be returned in new condition, with no rips, marks, scuffs, stains, odors or other sign of wear. This includes boot bottoms so we suggest you try boots on in a carpeted area. All tags must still be attached in the original manner. Boots must be returned in the original box. Exchanges honored when item is available, otherwise store credit will be issued. Buyer pays shipping on exchanged items. No returns on auction items, used or consignment items.
