Payments Payment must be received within 7 days of the end of the auction. We are located in New York State. All buyers from New York MUST pay New York sales tax! (no exceptions) Acceptable methods of payments are: PayPal. (my PayPal ID: pradam_vam@yahoo.com) International shipping is via USPS Express Mail Only (no exceptions). Your package will arrive within a week and can be tracked. ***

Sizes Every designer has a different standards for sizing. It must be your responsibility to know what works for you. I can't be held responsible if the item does not fit perfectly. Don't be afraid to ask for measurements, I would be happy to help.

Shipping All shipping costs to be paid by the buyer. S&H for US winners starts at $8. Some of my items (boot, coats, jackets) requires oversize boxes and heavy duty rapping paper. Post office charges us more for those irregular packages. The buyer will be resposible for extra shipping cost. Combine shipping is available. $2 for each extra item. Combine shipping available only for auctions which end no more than 2 days apart All items are shipped within 2 business days after I receive the payment (except personal checks). All domestic items are shipped by Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. In**r**ce is optional, but we strongly suggest for you to purchase it. $2.50 for each $100.00. If you want your item to be in**r*d add in**r**ce cost to the total amount. If in**r**ce is not purchased we will not be held responsible for lost or damaged merchandise! Non US bidders (international) pay for Express Mail Service(EMS) . International bidders should contact us for the S&H feess. Price varies depending on the size, weight and destination of the package. Please add $4.00 for each additional item. Additional in**r**ce can be purchased. Every item is inspected before shipping.

Bidding Terms Please ask all questions prior bidding. You will receive a "payment info" within 24 hrs of auction end. Please email me if you do not receive the payment info. Winner MUST contact me within three days and payment must be received within 7 days of auction end. We will give negative feedback to winning bidder who backs out of the transaction. NPB will be filed without further notices. Should you have any problem with the received merchandise, please contact us within 48 hrs after receipt of the merchandise, we will not be responsible for claims after 48 hrs. We reserve the right to cancel or retract bids without prior notice from bidders with zero or negative feedback, fraud/shield/fake bidding or not a serious bidder. We reserve the right to re-sell the item, if payment is not received within 7 days after the end of the auction.
