SHIPPING: Buyer pays listed shipping costs unless from outside the 48 U.S. states. If you are from Alaska, Hawaii or international buyers, please contact us for shipping charges. We will combine shipping charges on multiple items. We will combine your purchases and calculate shipping costs based on total weight. Insurance is optional and an extra charge that will be offered on every transaction. It is your decision to insure or not. All items will be sent through USPS and you will receive an email with your delivery confirmation number through paypal shipping services. <p>
TERMS: Confirmation must be received within three days and payment within ten days of the end of the auction. Negative feedback WILL be left for non-paying winners, so please do not bid unless you intend to honor your obligation. Email with any questions prior to bidding. <p>
RETURN POLICY: We quality inspects all items before they leave our hands. In the event you receive an item that is damaged, it is the responsibility of the mail carrier and yourself if you purchased insurance. If an item is electrical and DOA, please contact us for a resolution. We will replace if possible, or refund your item. We do not accept returns of any kind without authorization. You must notify us within 2 days of receipt of an item with any concerns. <p>
DAMAGED ITEMS: We take great pride and care in packaging and shipping the items we sell and the vast majority arrives in excellent condition. However, if a problem does arise, our policy is that an item damaged by the carrier is covered by insurance if included in the payment and will be refunded by the carrier. If insurance was not purchased, the total responsibility for loss or damages is yours. <p>
