This is your chance to shorten the preparation time for the HCG Diet. This is PLAN B. PLAN A is found in Kevin Trudeau's excellent book, THE WEIGHT LOSS CURE. It's a one month program, where you cut out all the bad stuff and eat only organic foods. For those of us who are not able to do that, this program will achieve similar results. It also cuts the preparation time in half! I have several versions of PHASE 1, depending on your specific needs.

This combination is for people who get bloated and gassy easily, crave sweets or starchy foods, tend to get brain fog in the afternoon between 1-3, and sometimes wake up between 1-3 at night and have difficulty going back to sleep. Those are all signs of a toxic  liver/gallbladder and a tendency to low blood sugar (hypoglycemia). If you start the HCG diet with these kind of imbalances, you might do ok on the diet itself, but after will be very difficult, and you are very likely to regain weight.
