Payments- Paypal is our accepted method of payment. You can pay with a credit card or e-check using PayPal. We appreciate payment within 7 days of invoicing. We only accept PayPal for international orders including orders shipped to Canada.

Combined Shipping- We are happy to combine shipping whenever possible! This saves you a great deal of money in shipping charges and makes packing orders easier for us!

To qualify for combined shipping, please email us once you’re done shopping and we will send you a combined invoice for all of your purchases. Wait to pay until you receive this combined invoice as we can only combine shipping when one payment is made for all items.

Insurance- We offer insurance as an option, but we strongly recommend that you purchase insurance for your package. We cannot be responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in the mail system if no insurance is purchased.

International Orders- We ship worldwide. Please email us for shipping rates to your country prior to making a purchase. We only accept PayPal for international orders including orders shipped to Canada.

Returns- We do not accept returns EXCEPT in the rare event of a manufacturer's defect. If your item has a manufacturer's defect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item and we will be happy to replace it. We will need the item returned to us, but we're happy to pay for the shipping to get the damaged item back to us.

Please make sure to ask all the questions you need to ensure the item you are choosing is the right item for you prior to purchasing.

Exchanges- In the event that you purchase the wrong size, we will be happy to exchange it for you. You will need to return the wrong sized item in original condition with all original manufacturer's packaging and we will send you the correct size. Shipping charges to return the wrong sized item is the responsibility of the buyer. The buyer is also responsible for paying the shipping charge for the correct sized item.

Feedback- Our feedback to you is set up on an automated system. The system will automatically leave positive feedback for you once you leave positive feedback for us!
