This appears to have not ever been used.

Designed by the highly acclaimed KIRK STIEFF, this is in excellent, clean, condition, this measures almost two and one-half inches from top to bottom. Notice the engraved floral design.

 I am unable to find any problems with this whatsoever. The pin back works very well.
