When your auction is over, you must tell us what you would like for personalization for your items. Please read the description carefully to see how your item is personalized and any options for the item. We can’t process orders until we have your personalization. This maybe done in the following ways-
- Send us an e-mail to our Ebay account, please be sure to include your EBay auction number.
Please make sure you double check your spelling when submitting your personalization. We are not responsible for spelling mistakes on your part. We will take what you submit to us and cut and paste that information so it is exactly as you submit it.
If you item is being personalized with initials or a monogram we will submit them in the exact order that you submit them to us. Please note- Initials are usually First Name, Middle Name and then Last Name, Monograms are typically First Name, Last Name and then Middle Name.
If your item included a choice for fonts and you do not specify which font you would like we will use the default font for that item. Each item description shows the font options if available. |

- This item ships to the US.
- Unless otherwise stated products do not include shipping fees.
- We use several suppliers for our items so shipping carriers and times vary per item. The common carriers used are UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
- We and cannot mail to P.O Boxes. A physical street address will be required for delivery. We do not ship to APO addresses.
- Shipping costs to Alaska and Hawaii will be an additional $10.

| We accept PayPal for all of our items. Payment must be received before we will process your order. Payment is due within 7 days of auction end. |

| Personalized items can’t be returned. We will replace broken or damaged items. Items that are not personalized can be replaced if broken or damaged. |

Defective or Broken items must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving your item. After this time we can’t honor any claims. We do not offer refunds but we will replace your broken or defective item.
Please note that when you are ordering glass and ceramic products there may be small imperfections or variations that are not considered flaws. |

- While we try our best to make sure our items are in stock, because of our large inventory situations due arise where an item may be out of stock without warning. If an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and you will have a choice of a full refund or waiting for the backordered item.
