• If you are not happy with the purchase or you received a product in damaged condition please notify us within 7 days of receipt of your order. We will ask for photos if necessary. We can offer replacement(s) or refund.
• Shipping is non-refundable.
• Any item returned must be returned in its original box.
• Personalized items can not be returned.
• You must contact us prior to any returns being made.
• Returns for refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• Any defect that occurred after the product has been used is not returnable to us.
• If you want to cancel an order you must notify us immediately. As long as the item has not shipped we can cancel it. If it has shipped then you will have to wait for the item to arrive and follow our return policy.
