ARE RETURNS ALLOWED: We offer a 60 day guarantee against defective product on arrival for all items unless explicitly noted. Returns are not accepted unless the product is non-functioning. All sales are final except otherwise noted.
OUR WARRANTY: Your satisfaction is our top priority. If the product simply does not work properly, and it is not due to incompatibility then we will repair or replace it within 14 days. If we cannot repair or replace it within 14 days we will offer a refund, minus the original and return shipping. Upon receipt of said non-functioning equipment, if we find it to be in good working order we will consider it a functioning return, and will either send the equipment back to you at your cost, or refund your PayPal transaction minus all fees (shipping, listing, final value) and minus a 20% restocking fee. If the item returned is missing parts or has different serial numbers, no repair or refund will be offered and the equipment that was returned becomes our possession, and if the value of what was returned is less than the item that was shipped, we will prosecute to reclaim losses.
ADDITIONAL WARRANTY: For a longer and more comprehensive warranty period, please purchase an extended warranty through SquareTrade using the button provided on this page, or contact us for quotes on Cisco SmartNET support coverage (for whole router or switch purchases only).
