About Us

Phil's Hobby Shop has been in business for over thirty three years. We started and remain a brick-and-mortar store that has since expanded onto the internet. During that time we have established ourselves as an international leader in the hobby industry. We have three locations in two states. Our employees are very knowledgeable in all areas of the hobby industry. We specialize in remote control aircraft, cars, truck, boats, helicopters, model trains, plastic models, die cast models, and much more. To support our own addictions and love for hobbies we handle a large arrays of items. We deal with just about every manufacturer and distributor in the hobby industry. With that said we have a VERY LARGE inventory on hand and many thousand more items available to us. If you are looking for something special that you cannot find, feel free to contact us and we will do our best to find it for you.

We are open Monday thru Friday 10:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time. We do our best to answer emails within 24 hours of receipt during our hours of operation. if we receive mail after 5:00pm it will be answer the following business day.

Payment Options

We accept several forms of payment. We accept paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover. If making payment by any of these methods please include you ITEM NUMBER and SHIPPING ADDRESS.

Shipping

We ship packages everyday Monday thru Friday. Items that are paid for usually ship with 48 hours of the receipt of payment. All buyers will receive automated notifications that their items have shipped. Payments made after 4:30pm Monday thru Friday will be shipped with the following days shipments. If for some reason we are unable to ship your item within 48 hours of payment will contact you.

Combined Shipping

We will combined shipping and offer a shipping discount when possible. To combine items they must be paid at the same time in a single payment. If you pay for your items separately with multiple payments we will be unable to combine shipping and the full shipping charges will apply.
