Shipping is the only part does not cover under the 14 days money back guarantee unless the return was due to our error. If the item you return come with "Free Shipping", we will deduct the original shipping from the refund.

 Buyers can either request a refund for the full item purchase item minus the original shipping , exchange for the same items or different items and paid the difference or store credit on next purchase. Refund will be issue in the same form as where buyers paid for his or her purchase.

The PetSafe Pet Screen Door (originally Johnson who bought it from Borwick Innovations) is one of our most popular pet door for screens. The installation is simple:  lay one frame on the floor, lay the screen over it, cut out the screen by following along the frame guide with a sharp knife, snap the other frame on top.

Although the flap dimension is large enough for a dog to about 30 lbs, because the support is only from the screen on all four sides, we recommend that it be used only with smaller and less active pets. The flap contains a locking mechanism.

However, we do no ship all of the items to a PO Box address this is especially in the case of drop shipping (Note: This only applies to item ship from other than Hamden, Connecticut or item with item location display other than Hamden, Connecticut).
