 This is old factory stock from Canada during the 1980's that has not ever been sold......and it isn't as flimsy as it may appear.  It measures an adjustable eighteen inches. The finish is a bit of a matte finish so doesn't look perfect in photo....but it is excellent.   The clasp works very well.
