HERE IS A VERY OLD CARVED WOOD MADONNA W/CHILD PLAQUE. IT IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION, AND HAS A MATTE TYPE PAINT COLORING, IN LIGHT MAUVE AND BLUE, IT MEASURES 10" LONG BY ABOUT 4" WIDE. I THINK IT CAME FROM EITHER GERMANY OR ITALY, GOING BY THE PAST OWNERS OF THE ESTATE SALE. IT HAS A HOOK IN THE BACK FOR HANGING, BUT I COULD NOT FIND ANY SIGNED AREA, OR HALLMARKED SYMBOL.
