WorldWide Distributors will accept returns for any product purchased from us within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

• All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee ( with an exception to Computers & PC Hardware – No Restocking fee applies)

• Shipping charges are not refundable. Only the purchase price of the product is refundable. Customers remain responsible for the shipping and handling expenses incurred in shipping the item to them. If an item is offered with Free Shipping, it means that we are paying the freight on behalf of the Customer. In this case if that product is returned for a refund, the shipping expenses incurred, will be deducted from the refund.

• All damaged item claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery of the item, or all damaged item claims may be voided.

• All exchanged/ returned merchandise must be in original factory carton, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories.

• All returns must include a copy of the original packing slip along with your order number.

Car Audio

• There are absolutely no refunds for car audio products once they have been opened and installed. Defective units may be sent back for repair only.

Cell Phones

• Cell phones may only be returned for a refund if they have been unopened and all original seals are intact.

• Any defective cell phone must be sent back for an exchange within 30 day from the date of purchase, assuming the phone is in like new condition with no physical damage or blemishes.

• Cell Phone Buyers are responsible for network, GSM band, and Carrier compatibility, including internet browsing, picture and text messaging functionality which are not guaranteed.

• GSM phones are not compatible with any CDMA based carriers such as Verizon, Sprint, Alltel, Cellular One, Metro PCS, and Cricket. Please confirm your carrier runs on a GSM network before purchase.

• Phones must register less than 5 minutes cumulative talk time and show no signs of usage cosmetically.

Following are exceptions to our standard 30 day return policy:

• WorldWide Distributors will not accept a return of any product that is missing any manufacturer supplied accessories or if there is obvious damage or visible wear and tear to the unit.

• WorldWide Distributors will refuse any returns where the serial number on the unit does not match the serial number on the box and warranty card as well as our internal systems.

WorldWide Distributors reserves the right to cancel any order due to a typographical error, and is not responsible for any typographical errors which may occur in the price or product description.

How to return an item?

•  E-mail WorldWide Distributors to notify us of a defective item and request return instructions. Please provide your order number.

• Please include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation email and shortly describe the return reason.

• Return must be like in a new condition. Otherwise, 15% restocking fee will be applied.

• No refunds will be issued for returns without all the original packaging, manuals and accessories.

• WorldWide Distributors accepts no responsibility for loss or damage items in return transit.

• You are responsible for all freight charges.
