Tough To Handle
Length: 58 Minutes | Produced:1937

A fine example of 1930s film making, Tough to Handle flies from start to finish. Gangsters are selling bogus lottery tickets, and everything is going fine until a nice old man gets the winning number! The old man is murdered as the gangsters try to obtain the ticket. The mans grandson and a newspaper reporter seek to take down the racketeers but violence erupts. The fast action is tempered by sharp comedy and exquisite singing from the lovely Phyllis Fraser, who appears in gorgeous night club scenes. Enjoy the ride as Tough to Handle propels you through the mean streets of the ninetine thirites New York City!
