This is an original bullet train #2. It's important by Aurora in 1986 by Tomy Corp 901 East 233 road street, P.O. box 6252, Carson, California. This set is extremely rare to find in the original bookcase holder and near to new condition is set is cream with green stripes. It has directional lighting, and the first and less car. This is like new condition, if it was Run at all. It was for a very short period of time. The only wheel marks I can see are on the powered unit That I track tested. This has all the original paperwork  that I believe came with the unit. A little history introduction of the bullet train. In 1964, the world's first superspeed train straight through the bullet railway in Tokyo, Japan, providing passenger service, while operating at speeds over 130 mph. The shinkansen, the proper Japanese name for this extraordinary fast train broke world speed records for railway service

Then in 1981, after 17 years of rapid service, the shinkansen rocketed in a second-generation a bullet trains. The North East express line greatly improve the comfort of the passenger train. The coach section, seats for redesign with alternating colors and will widen to provide living room comfort. Beautiful wine red reclining seats were added to the first-class section. The conductor's car was enhanced with sophisticated electronic technology. A light alloy was introduced to reduce the weight of the bullet train while it climbed winding paths. The head car was equipped with snow grade to plow away snow as the train shuttled through curving mountain passages. The engine power was increased 25% compared with the previous bullet train. With all these and Trumans Inc., the Japanese are now very proud of the efficiency of the second-generation long-term. Again, this is 1981 history
