We have had in the past "the bad apple" Buyer or Reseller purchase a perfect item/product and switch out "their" old, broken or damaged item/product and then request a chargeback/appeal. REFUND POLICY

We do NOT offer any refund on any products/items, however if an agreement is reached between the seller and buyer regarding a refund circumstance, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges. Amount refunded is the original product cost excluding shipping. If item was shipped FREE, the cost of shipping will be deducted from original cost of item. The buyer will be responsible for all/any fees/charges to return the item/product and the item/product must be packed with efficient packing materials, secured box/pallet and returned in its original state. A refund will be issued once item/product is returned, received and inspected for its original state via listing specs. It is highly recommended to purchase insurance.
