Offered here is a stunning Chakra Stone hand made with loving care by Bob Jackson, Melody's close friend and associate. Bob makes these stones in sets of seven, one for each Chakra and also sells them individually. This Tourmaline and Metamorphosis™ Quartz stone was among a group I recently received from Bob. It is a beautiful little gem!! The Metamorphosis Quartz displays a six ray star. You will also receive the certificate issued by Earth Love Publishing guaranteeing the authenticity of the Metamorphosis™ Quartz.
Metamorphosis Quartz™ only comes from two mines in Minas Gerais, Brazil and both of these mines are currently closed. This Quartz is clear yet foggy, with a silky feel and lovely chatoyance. It contains small amounts of Hafnium, Barium, Copper, Nickel, Strontium, and Aluminum. This quartz exhibits very unusual optical properties that can vary from specimen to specimen. One is asterism the formation of stars from two-ray to twelve-ray! Another is contra luz, a backlit opalescence which sometimes brings a halo to the specimen.
In her new book, "Love is in the Earth - The Crystal and Mineral Encyclopedia - The Liite Fantastic and The Last Testament", Melody describes Metamorphosis Quartz™ on page 627. "This mineral is known as THE "stone of transformation", supporting the amplification of energy required for same."
All colors of Tourmaline are said to enhance happiness and serenity. Tourmaline is a stone of Inspiration and it can encourage intellectual thought. It is also a stone that is very helpful for channeling. Green tourmaline attracts abundance and success. It opens the Heart Chakra and enhances healing and creativity.
