Wonderful 1940's Photograph of a Sailor and his Sweetheart. The Young Woman is Wearing a Navy Sweetheart Pin.  The Patriotic Frame is Beautifully Painted. The Border is a Light Blue-Gray Color trimmed in Gold. The American Flags are Exquisite. Three Stars Adorn the Top of the Photo. The Lower Border reads "In the Service of his Country".
 
CONDITION
This Patriotic Collectible Displays Very Well. Please Click and Enlarge Photos for a Closer Look. There are No Breaks, No Chips, & No Repairs on Glass. There is One Scratch (.5 inch in length), and Some Paint Loss Along the Edges (see photo 2 & 3). There are Some Spots Near Stars (see photo 4). The Brass Plated Edging Shows Tarnish. The Stand on the Frame is Missing from the Back and there is Tape (photo 5).
