We are all about outstanding customer service. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will accept your return no questions asked.

Item's presented for return must be in resalable, unworn & original condition with all papers, boxes and with stickers attached within 15 business days of receipt. All watches have a hang tag that states "NOT RETURNABLE IF REMOVED" This tag must be completely intact and cannot show any sign of tampering. We do not sell used items and will not accept used items for return. All watch bands are measured and all watches are inspected to be in complete working order. If all of the above conditions are satisfied - we will issue a refund for the original purchase amount less shipping and Restocking fee of 10%. For exchanges the restocking fee is waved. Please allow 3 business days to process a refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for shipping an item to our facility.

USA Shipping - All orders paid for by 3:30 EST are shipped the same day.

We will ship to APO and PO Boxes as long as they are the confirmed billing or PayPal address on file. We ask that you choose the 2nd day option to cover the higher USPS Insurance cost.

We ship via UPS, Priority Mail and Express Mail. In some cases we will change the shipping carrier if we feel the package will arrive sooner.

Watchboutique is not an authorized dealer of any brand sold and the watches purchased cannot not be serviced by the manufacturer under its warranty. The Manufacturers only guaranty the authenticity and provide a warranty for merchandise purchased through its authorized retailers. We are not an authorized dealer, which is how we can offer to sell the watch at a discounted price. From our knowledge, most Swiss watch Manufacturers have not "Authorized" any company to sell their watches on the Internet. You will not receive the manufacturerâ€™s warranty card, nor will you be able to register the watch with the manufacturer. Consequently, any watch you would purchase on the Internet would not be covered under the manufacturer's warranty. If you buy through us you receive a two-year warranty through Watchboutique. The warranty is comparable to many of the manufacturerâ€™s and our service is extremely fast. Please see â€œwarrantyâ€� information below. Please Educate yourself before buying: Some online dealers will include the â€œmanufacturerâ€™s warranty cardâ€� if you buy from them, but what they fail to disclose is that the cards are not valid unless the following criteria are met: 1. How can I prove the watch is what you say it is?

The best way to deal with this is to take the watch to an independent watchmaker (one who does not sell watches) prior to wearing, resizing or removing any of the security tags.
