Universal Mercury II 35mm Film Camera PARTS/REPAIR

There are 19 photos of the item below. Camera is not funcitonal. I can't get the shutter to wind or fire. The top left knob (looking from the front) does not turn and is frozen, the right knob turns and is spring loaded (it turns the circular shutter) but doesn't set or do anything (you can just turn it and it springs back). Opening the back I can't manually turn the film advance sprocket wheel or the take up spool assembly. The focus ring can be turned (it is stiff but not frozen and can be turned through the entire travel length. Aperture turns easily. Some coating marks and specs on the front lens. Heavy body oxidation as shown. Snaps on case are broken and interior of case has writing in two places.
