For listings that we have 5 or more tickets, click on the "Buy It Now" button and on the next page you will be able to enter in the number of tickets you want to purchase up to the number of tickets that is available. Q. Will the seats be together? A. Yes, all our tickets are together, unless otherwise noted. Q. When will my tickets ship? A. Normally tickets will ship within several business days after receiving payment. If payment clears over the weekend sales will be processed on Monday, unless it's a holiday. Due to the changing market conditions, Holiday Sports Tours and Sportstickets.net reserve the right to change the location of the tickets to a comparable or better seating location.
Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping by US Postal Service in the Continental United States. A signature may be required. 1st Class Mail may take 7 business days and Priority Mail may take 3-5 business days for you to receive your order depending on your postal area. Should you want faster shipping, you may choose other shipping methods by Federal Express. You may choose your shipping at check out. If the event is within 7 business days of your purchase or when payment is received, you will be required to use Federal Express shipping. Winning bids and payments placed after 4pm Eastern Standard Time or on the weekends or holidays may ship the following business day. If tickets are available for electronic email delivery, we may be able to email your tickets to you at the email address registered with eBay and Paypal. Please note that this option is only for certain tickets and/or events. We ship and email to confirmed Paypal shipping and email addresses only. When an event is within a few days away some tickets may be available for will call, email, or local pick up. If your tickets need to be picked up at will call or a local pick up, you must call us to let us know who will be picking up the tickets. That person will need to bring a photo ID in order to pick-up the tickets. Shipping Options: $0 - Free Shipping for Continental United States only (5-7 Business Days) $5 per Ticket - Email (available within 7 business days prior to the event) $10 - Will Call or Local Pick up (Only on certain events and/or tickets)
Tickets ship as soon as they are in hand. 95% of the time that means within 2-3 buisness days of receipt of payment. Sometimes tickets will ship closer to the event date if we are still waiting on tickets. If tickets are not available to ship within 2-3 business days, you will be contacted by email. Delivery of tickets can be as late as the day of the event. If you do not receive your tickets at least 2 days prior to the event, please call or email us. Holiday Sports Tours is not responsible for late deliveries if you do not contact us by email or phone at least 2 days prior to the event to advise us that you have not received your tickets. Ticket availability and prices quoted are subject to change without notice until orders are confirmed and payment has been received.
