EARLY 1900'S CABINET PHOTOGRAPH

There are many things to like about this vintage photo. It is in very good condition. The man looks like a character in a play set in the early 1900's. The other unique observation I have, is he looks like a young George Harrison. Do an internet search using "Young George Harrison Photo" to see if you agree with me. The only flaw is a small white dot (scratch) on the matting below the photograph.
