I paid quite a bit for this wiglet less than a year ago and did not wear it.   As I am not sure if it is human hair or not, I listed it as synthetic.

I normally ship within two days of receiving payment.  Delivery confirmation is included in the shipping cost.  When paid through Paypal, Paypal will send you an e-mail with a tracking number which you can use at usps.com to track your package.  Once the package leaves the original post office, they normally do not update until the package is delivered.  I do not track shipping as I am not responsible once the package is mailed. 

Items are shipped out clean and damage-free (unless stated above) to the best of my knowledge.  Item refunds are not given unless the item(s) have been misrepresented.  Shipping costs are not refunded.
