RA (Return Authorization) code is required to process warranty. Please contact us to obtain the RA code prior to sending back the defective units. Streetstereo takes our eBay business very seriously and would like to provide the best service to our customers regarding issues on any repair or exchange on the defective units. Please put all the original materials (manuals, packing slip, boxes, etc.) back to the boxes and we encourage putting Styrofoam before shipping it back to Streetstereo.
