Exchange is given only if item is found defective on arrival (DOA).
If the auction says it works, it should work for you. We will replace it or refund the money.
If the auction says it doesn't work don't try to get a refund saying it didn't work. (Yes, some have tried)
If your item is found to be defective it must be reported within 5 days of the delivery date to the shipping address
If we make a mistake in the description you may return the item,
it must be reported within 5 days of the delivery date to the shipping address
We will do what ever we can to make it right.
(Delivered date is given by the USPS delivery confirmation or UPS tracking number).
Refunds do not include shipping cost to or from our location.
Buyers are responsible on returned shipping cost.
