Rare Japanese laserdisc (not DVD) release this 1999 sequel to Universal Soldier. Released in Japan in December, 1999 during the waning days of the laserdisc. Features the best LD enhancements at the time including Dolby Digital AC-3 sound. Contains the original and Japanese trailers. Jacket in great condition, complete with obi.

Plot summary from the IMDB: "Universal Soldier II continues the story of Luc Deveraux, who has survived his experiences as a Universal Soldier, recovered, and is now working as a technical expert on a government project to revive and improve the Universal Soldier training program. When S.E.T.H., the supercomputer controlling the Soldiers, goes haywire and takes over, Luc is the only one who can battle this elite team of deadly, near-perfect warriors."
