You are viewing a 1905 McLoughlin Bros, New York "Picture-Land Stories Book with Santa Claus pictured on the cover. It has short stories with black and white illustrations. I would rate it about 95% for overall condition. It would make a fantastic addition to any collection. Please see my other listings for more antique and collectible toys.

You are ultimately responsible for viewing photos and asking questions. I describe each item to the best of my ability, but I cannot always detail each flaw the same way that you may view it. MULTIPLE PURCHASES: I will combine shipping on multiple purchases if they are packaged together and there are not more than 3-4 days between ending dates.
PAYMENT: Must be received within 7 days of auction closing date. Items paid through Paypal will only be shipped to the address registered with Ebay/Paypal. If you wish to have an item shipped to a different address, you must email me first and receive a confirmation of your request. OTHERWISE, The item will be shipped to the registered address ONLY.
SHIPPING: I try to ship all items within 72 hours from receipt of payment, but sometimes due to holidays, weekends, post office closings, and a busy schedule of my own that is not always possible. I do send a notice to buyers as to when the item is shipped.
INSURANCE: Is included in the handling fees.
REFUNDS: All sales are final. Refunds are ONLY made if there is a significant error in the item description and it is not evident in the photos. Refunds are made for the purchase price ONLY. Shipping fees are not included. For a refund to be made, the item must be returned in the same condition as when it was originally shipped and it must be returned within 7 days of receipt of the item. I do not accept returns due to buyer's remorse, buyer not reading ALL of the description or change of mind. THANKS!:)
