BIDDING REQUIREMENTS:

Before bidding please review eBay's Bidding Policy and make sure you are aware of your responsibilities as a buyer.
As per the eBay policy, once you bid, you have entered a binding contract under the terms of the listing.
Most of our bidders do pay for their purchases promptly and if you do not plan on doing that, please do not bid.  eBay’s basic policy is that purchases MUST be paid for within seven (7) days unless otherwise noted by the seller.  If no communication is received and item is not paid for after the 8th day, an unpaid item dispute will be filed through Ebay.

PAYMENT:

WE PREFER PAYPAL which enables us to get your item to you in lightening speed!
Due Date: Payment is due in full within 7 days of auction ending.
Paypal payments are only accepted from verified and confirmed accounts and only shipped to confirmed address's – No exceptions.

SHIPPING POLICIES:

Please use the Shipping Calculator located at the bottom of the listing page for your shipping options and the associated fees. A few listing have fixed shipping fees – you will see them noted at the bottom of the listing.
We ship daily (Monday - Friday) USPS for most items.  If your payment is received before 9:00 AM Monday through Friday, you item will be shipped that same day.   Need your purchase yesterday? Please Contact Us and we will reinvoice you  including the Express Mail Service charge.
We welcome international buyers but if we are not shipping inside the USA, we ONLY ship using International Priority Mail and that is what you will find quoted when you check the shipping calculator.
We ship just about everyday but can not promise how fast the postal system will deliver your purchase.
Your purchase should arrive within two weeks (or sooner depending on your shipping region from Georgia) of our receipt of your cleared payment if you have chosen Parcel Post and within one week (or sooner depending on your distance from Georgia) if you paid for Priority Mail.
USPS  has limited tracking – you can check on the usps.com for the status of your package the day after we ship.   If you have not received your purchase within 7 business days of the email, check usps.com - you can plug the delivery confirmation number in and see if they have attempted delivery and forgot to leave you a notice.

DUTY:

Duty (VAT Tax): If we are shipping your items outside of the United States, the country of destination may impose a Duty on that item. We have no control over whether they do, or how much. This is the sole responsibility of the recipient. IN most cases, the price you pay for the item is far less than the retail price tag amount. So, we remove the price tag on all international shipments and include an invoice in the package for verification of how much was actually paid for the item to minimize any potential duty.   We also mark all international shipments as "gift" which may or may not help with duty.

MULTIPLE ITEMS:

If you are purchasing several items from us within three (3) days of each other, wait until the last item closes.  Before paying for any item.
Request a single invoice with discounted shipping and handling.  The shipping discount for multiple items is -$4.00 from the shipping charges on each additional item.

INSURANCE POLICY:

Insurance is required on all items.
Our insurance carrier requires that we not mark the outside of the box that the package is insured so when you get your purchase and you do not see any marking on the outside of the box, do not ask for the insurance fees back.
Since we don't know the ending bid amount OR your total package value, insurance can not be quoted. We charge $1.90 for the fifty dollars of package value and $1.50 for every additional hundred dollars of package value thereafter.

COMMUNICATION: Communication is everything.   Please feel free to email with any questions either before or after bidding and/or purchasing any item from us.

RETURN POLICY:

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we go to great lengths to provide accurate, full-detail descriptions and original photos with with all measurements.  Please compare these measurements to an existing matching item. However, we realize there are times when you may not be 100% satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason.
You MUST contact us within three (3) days of the receipt to notify us you are returning your purchase.
Once we have received it back in its original condition – has to be back within seven (7) days – then we will issue a refund.  The item number or the sale along with reason for return MUST be enclosed with the item.  All refunds will be processed through Paypal.
A restocking / service fee of 20% will be retained to help defray the costs of our labor, listing feed and time.  Shipping and Paypal fees are non-refundable.
