8-1/2" x 10-3/4" when unfolded booklet with 35 pages, illustrated. All about the Lake Of The Ozarks with lots of ads in it. Probably early 1950s. Fine condition. I combine shipments on multiple purchases to save on postage whenever possible. Kansas residents please add your Kansas sales tax or just wait for my invoice and I will figure it for you. THANKS
