You are bidding on a Marantec 2-Button Remote Controller/Garage Door Opener. The model number is ML-1312-24. I am Not sure what type of battery it uses (I took a photo of the battery area) It is used and shows wear (The plastic clip on the back is missing a small piece, general wear/use). Since I could not test the opener, I am selling it As-Is. Buyer pays shipping (Based on a 10 ounce package. Delivery Confirmation included.) I can only ship to the shipping address that Pay-pal has on record for the buyer. NO International shipping. I do NOT accept Personal Checks. Payment is due within 7 days from the close of the auction. If payment is not received within 7 days (or if other arrangements are not made) I will file a Non Paying Bidder Form to recoup the Final Value Fee and Re-list the item as soon as possible.
