Girls ,New With Tag, Designer "Bluber Boulevard" pretty and elegant Christmas-Holiday sleeveless, longwaisted, soft black, velvet-like dress/jumper with rounded neckline.  The front of this piece at the neckline has a white with gold trimmed satin rose with green leaves.  On the left toward the bottom of the front of this dress is a white and gold bow.  There are two (2) layers at the bottom of this dress.  Dress/Jumper slips over the head.  A wonderful dress/jumper that is so pretty and yet so festive, but also so good for all winter as well as Sundays and special occasions.  Again, this dress/jumper is New With Tag.  Brand: Designer  - Bluber Boulevard.  Materials: Top: 100% Polyester, machine washable.  The measurement from the highest point at the neckline to the bottom of the dress/jumper is 30 1/2".  From underarm across the front to the underarm is 15 1/2".
