RETURN POLICY

All the return items must have the ebay auction number.
All sales are final after 7 days from receiving.
15% restocking fee applies on all Non-Defective Returns. Products have to be returned in original package, in new unopened condition with all accessories. Opened and/or used items are non returnable. All Shipping & Handling costs are non-refundable.
Defective returned items will be exchanged only. If found defective a replacement will be shipped immediately. The return items must be packed sturdily with the manufacturer packaging and all accessories. Return shipping cost is non-refundable.
DealGods is not responsible for manufacturer defects. Since we are not the manufacturer we split the shipping cost with the
customer. The customer pays for shipping to DealGods and DealGods pays for the shipping back to you. (Similar to a walk-in store, Wal-Mart will not send a driver or courier to your house to pick up a defective item you bought in their store. They will not reimburse you for your time and gas money spent to drive back to the store either. However, DealGods will use every good measure we have to ensure that you will be able to get the item replaced promptly with as little hassle as possible.)

If any products are determined to be defective on arrival, they will be replaced or repaired at DealGods discretion within 7 business days from the date on which the product was received. Defect on arrival products, Deviations, Short-shipments must be reported within 7 business days from delivered date. Any damage on the products which resulted from mishandling or product abuse will have the warranty voided immediately. Please email us for further information on how to return a defective product.
