January 1957 Portion-Planning Manual, Institutional Feeding and Housing, Hardcopy measuring 11 1/4" x 11 1/2" with 150 clean pages.  What is interesting about this book is the old advertising.  There are ads for Syracuse China, Toledo Scales, Swift's Fryene, and many institution products...very clean with no writing or names, no rips or tears, no stains.  Cover has minimal corner-wear.  Thank you for looking.
