Shipping is calculated by weight of item and shipping location.They will be wrapped and shipped in the shoe box, if you plan to give these as a gift please let me know and I will package in another box, but this will add 10 to 12 ounces to your shipping weight.

I do usually charge just a few cents (usually only 20 to 50 cents)extra on shipping,I have to try make up some of the costs of shipping materials,(bubble wrap,large envelopes,tape,peanuts,paper and ink for printing, etc....) which can be very expensive. Also on heavier items (over 3 lbs.)I have to use a local shipping service that has to charge more in order to stay in business themselves. I do combine shipping when possible to help save you money, sometimes I don't charge enough for shipping and lose money myself, I don't ask you to make up the difference. If you feel that my shipping charges are to high please contact me, I will check to see if I can ship at a cheaper rate.
I'm sorry but I do not always have time to send a personal message when I ship your item. You will receive a notice from Paypal when I purchase and print your shipping label, your tracking # is included.
Full refunds are usually only given on unused items. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days, and we can work something out.
We are a small family business that buys and resells discontinued, closeout, or sometimes store return items.. Unless the item is factory sealed, we always try to check everything to make sure it is not damaged, out of date,or missing parts, etc... We try to sell mostly new items on Ebay, but sometimes we do have some good used items that I will list... I will always specify if I know that an item has been used ... We sell a lot items at local live auctions or in our small store.. It is very hard work, and we usually work 7 days a week, and at least 10 to 12 hours a day... We have only been doing this for a little over 2 years, and so far we are doing well, and we like being our own boss...

I try to keep my ebay items in a smoke free room and linens and such items closed up in boxes with fabric softener sheets placed inside. These items are also stored in several other places before we get them. If you are terribly sensitive to the smell of smoke you may not want to bid on my items.
If you feel the item is not as described, please contact me within 7 days..We try to check everything, but we do sometimes miss something. Buyer satisfaction is our goal...Full refunds are usually only given on new,unused items..
