RETURN POLICY & PROCEDURES
- Please note that it usually takes us 3-5 business days to process returns after they arrive at our location. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have it processed.

- Items that are Not Returnable:
- Any item that has obvious signs of use or damage
- Any product that was marked “as-is”, “no returns accepted”, “all sales final” or with a similar statement
- Any special order and custom made item
- Any perishable item
- Product must be inspected prior to installation. Installation of the product means its acceptance. Product once installed cannot be returned. Damages occurring in installation are not considered defects and are not subject to return or refund.
SHIPPING DAMAGE & SHORTAGE CLAIMS

We constantly improve packaging as new technologies become available, nonetheless damages may still occur. Therefore, we require that all packages be inspected by purchaser and note any damage/ shortage on delivery receipt (driver’s copy) and report to us immediately.
- Delivery receipt is a binding contract. By signing the receipt without any notation of problem is saying that item(s) are in 100% good condition inside and out and will void out shipping insurance. Any claim will be declined and no refund or replacement can be made after this point.
- If other defects different from shipping damages are found at the point of delivery, please contact us immediately.
- Please be as specific as possible when noting any shortage, rips, crushed sides/corners and any dents to packaging. Also, note on receipt if item was not delivered shrink wrapped and strapped down to a pallet and lowered to the ground with a lift-gates.
- UPS GROUND IS FREE FOR 1 sq. ft. / ln. ft. / pc. of EACH ITEM per HOUSEHOLD / ADDRESS.
- MULTIPLE SAMPLE ORDERS of the SAME ITEM WILL NOT BE SHIPPED.
- FOR YOUR LARGER ORDERS, PLEASE GET A SHIPPING QUOTE FROM US.
- ITEMS CAN BOTH BE DELIVERED TO RESIDENTIAL OR COMMERCIAL ADDRESSES.
- Small packages (orders under 150 sq. ft. / 1,000 lbs.) are shipped with UPS Ground Insured Shipping service and larger packages (orders that weigh more than 1,000 lbs.) are shipped out with highly reliable, bonded freight companies (e.g. UPS Freight, USF Bestway, etc.)
- For larger orders, special shipping arrangements can be made and better shipping rates may be achieved. In these cases, when contacting us, please indicate whether you need the materials to be delivered to a residential address or a commerial address. In the case of residential deliveries, liftgate services will be provided. For commercial/business address deliveries, a loading/unloading dock will be needed at the receiving end and the materials will need to be offloaded with the help of unloading equipment (e.g. a forlikft or a pallet jack)
- Larger orders can also be sent to a trucking terminal in the buyer's area from where the buyer can pick up the materials. This option can help buyers obtain huge savings on the shipping costs of the materials ordered. In your email, please let us know if you'd like to get shipping pricing on this option as well.
- LOCAL PICKUP (Orange County, CA) IS AVAILABLE. PLEASE REACH US FOR FURTHER DETAILS.

Q. Do I have to be a professional to buy from Oracle Tile & Stone?
A. The prices on eBay are offered to anyone who meets our minimum order requirements.
Q. Can I buy a small amount of product (than the possibly mentioned minimum order quantity)? A. Yes, you can buy any quantity you want, regardless. (However, in some listings / cases, products may come in full boxes and they may not be sold as loose / individual pieces. For these items, buyers may be asked to buy full boxes or crates. More information about these items will be provided within the item listing body).

Q. Does Oracle Tile & Stone ship to residences? How does that work?
A. Yes. A residential delivery is considered completed once the product is placed on the driveway. Some products require a vehicle with a lift-gate, depending on weight. The pallets would be lowered to the ground and pulled onto your driveway with a pallet-jack. You may be required to unload the vehicle yourself, depending on the product. Building materials are heavy and will require proper equipment or labor to accept goods on delivery. Please check weight of goods before they are delivered so you are properly prepared. Q. May I see the product on the pallet before I buy?
A. Yes, you definitely can see / investigate the products at one of our warehouses after making an appointment with us. The warehouses are located throughout Southern California and we use privately owned facilities where all products are in factory-sealed crates. Although you have an option to come see & pick up the materials you want after making an appointment, we still suggest ordering a sample and reviewing the graphics on the website for a flawless purchasing experience.
Q. How much should I allow for breakage/damage?
A. It is reasonable to expect anywhere from 2%-10% breakage or damage, depending on the product. If breakage is above 10%, we would ask you to have it noted on the logistics receiving document and take pictures. Please make a claim with us within 10 days of receiving the order.
