AFRICAN PRINT SHIRT ~ Multicolored Kente shirt made of 100% cotton. Embroidered design on chest adds a nice subtle touch of dimension. Two front pockets measuring 7 x 7 and a 6" slit on each side allowing for extra mobility. They can be machine washed on cool/gentle and tumble dried. The printed design resembles African Kente which dates back to 12th century Africa. Kente is an Asante ceremonial cloth worn by Kings, Queens, and important figures of state in Ghana's society, during ceremonial events and special occasions. Worn by both men and women, the cultural history of the Kente will have you walking tall.
