Q:How do I receive Technical Support?
A: Technical Support is available by email 24/7. Our response time is usually less
than one hour. Many times we will send out an advance notice if there is planned maintenance
on our servers that will shut the services off for more than a few minutes.
Q:How long does it take to set up a site?
A: It usually takes 1-3 days for a site to be set up. We set up the site
within a few hours of purchase, but it takes the nameservers 24-72 hours to update their
servers.
Q:Who owns the scripts and graphics?
A: YOU own the scripts and graphics, to do whatever you like. However, you do not own the
RESALE rights to the site. You may sell the site and the domain, but you may not sell it
more than once. Simply put, you purchased the licence for ONE website and may not sell
