Please note that we offer returns on items that do not meet your expectations. Request for returns must be made within 3 days of you receiving the item, and the item must be shipped back to us by the end of the 7th day of the receipt of the item to you. Return shipping is the responsibility of you the buyer. Refunds will be for the winning bid amount, we will not refund shipping costs since those funds have been spent getting the merchandise to you. Shipping insurance is optional on all of our auctions and we encourage you to purchase insurance. If your item is lost or damaged in shipment and you have NOT purchased insurance we will not be able to help you.
