Hi and thank you for checking our auction. Please read the entire auction before buying. You are bidding on a CUSTOMER RETURNED, GE Monogram 36" stainless steel panel built in bottom freezer model ZIC360NMLH.
This RETURNED UNIT has a few small scuff marks on the side trim, but the stainless doors appear as new. Please refer to the photos below. We rate the condition of this item at a 9.3 out of perfect 10, which means this unit is very good, but not perfect, so if you need something better than what is described in this auction or what is shown in the below photos, then please do not buy or bid on this item. Please see the photos and read all the terms, prior to buying. Again, PLEASE do not bid if you need a brand new unit or something that is better than what is described in the auction. All our items are professional packaged and crated, at no extra charge, for safe shipping.

We fully test each appliance for function and factory spec operation, but we DO NOT inspect them with a magnifying glass. This unit is sold "as is" and it is a great deal considering price, but it not cosmetically perfect. Please purchase new in box from a retailer if perfection is demanded. This unit has been liquidated from inventory with no factory warranty remaining or available, however, we do offer a 20 day return policy, as noted below. We not a licensed GE or KitchenAid retailer. Please read the shipping terms very carefully. We can ship to most business locations (with dock or forklift) or our contracted truck terminals in your area, for the following fixed rates:

Residential driveway deliveries of built-in refrigerators to some areas on the East Coast may not be available due to limited truck / liftgate availability in those areas. If this applies to you, please email us before purchasing. We ship within the lower 48 U.S. States only, Alaska, HI, and any of the Florida Keys are excluded from shipping. Sorry, no international shipping and we will not ship to Canada. Sorry, but items which are picked up at our warehouse are sold as is and our refund policy does not apply. Picked up items must be paid for prior to pick up, sorry no COD.
Please do not email after receiving the item, requesting any accessories or hardware which is not shown in the photos. Only what is shown in the photos, will be shipped. Due to the shipping cost involved, we can only accept returns within 20 days of purchase, however, the buyer is required to pay all actual to/from shipping costs, even if DOA status is claimed by buyer. We will not accept returns that have been damaged in any way and the item must be returned secured in the original crate / packaging. Again, under no circumstances will we refund any type of shipping costs, sorry.
