Payment

PAYMENT:

• If you are purchasing only one item please use the PAY NOW feature with the automatic invoice sent by E-Bay.
• I combine shipping whenever possible on multiple purchases made within 3 days with an e-mail of other items being purchased.  I will then send an adjusted invoice with combined shipping.  Please do not pay for items separately.  One payment must be made to qualify for combined shipping.
• Please check spam filters or pop up blockers if unable to receive e-mails.
• PAYPAL:  (Will ship only to CONFIRMED Address).  Payment must be received within 3 days from last item purchased.  E-Check to clear prior to shipping as per Paypal policy.
• CA Residents only:  Please add 9.25% Sales Tax.
• Nonpayment will result in a negative feedback with a Non Paying Bidder report filed and item will be re-listed.  (Policies due to non-paying incidents---thank you for understanding.) 

Shipping

SHIPPING:

• USPS:  Includes Tracking No., Handling (will depend on type, size and fragility of item), Mileage, Fees, Printing & Packing Supplies.  Items over $100.00 may be sent with signature confirmation.
• I ship your item with great care and speed usually within 2 business days after cleared payment.  (except on rare Out of town assignments which will be noted in listings.) 
• Size & weight of magazines may be substantial and must be taken into consideration when calculating shipping cost.  (Magazines do not qualify for media rate due to pages with ads.)
• Since I offer a diverse array of items, some heavier or more fragile; please e-mail me to let me know which other items you are purchasing to determine the best way to pack the items (all together if possible).
• Combined shipping based on final weight and destination.
• Shipping to CONFIRMED address only so please check that the address matches where you would like item shipped to.
• PAYPAL payments receive notification from PAYPAL with a link to the tracking no. so you can check the progress of your delivery at the carrier's site which may take up to 24 hrs. for tracking no. to be activated within the carrier's site.
• U.S. Only:  Alaska & Hawaii (shipping and transit time may be higher than lower 48).

TERMS & CONDITIONS:  Magazines

• Please read the entire listing carefully and ask all questions prior to making a purchase.  Making this purchase is an agreement to these Terms & Conditions as ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
• LISTING PRICE is determined thru various factors and not necessarily on news stand or subscription price.  
• Please take into account that all items unless stated otherwise are pre-owned and were also acquired thru various sources (may have come from smoker or pet owner environment).  However I store them in a smoke/pet-free environment. 
• General condition and obvious damage if any will be noted. 
• Due to age, storage/shelf wear, numerous relocations, climate/temperature related factors, there may be some minor scuffing, discoloration, creasing, usual chipping/denting to head and tails found on most back issues (those mailed prior to plastic covers). 
• Best efforts will be made to check for cut-outs or missing pages (thumb thru rather than page by page inspection), however due to volume and time constraints with some magazines having hundreds of pages (not all numbered or obvious) something may be missed.  If there is a specific ad or article that you are interested in, please e-mail me prior to bidding so that I may check and confirm.  If there is a major flaw not stated please e-mail immediately and we can work together to resolve the issue.
• Please communicate prior to leaving a neutral or negative feedback as in most cases these issues can be resolved amicably and with civility.
