Used does not mean trashed or beat but it does not mean new. We try very hard to find good quality used shoes. We want you to be happy with the shoes you buy from us. We sell NEW shoes too.

3. We do not clean all of the shoes before we sell them. We do clean some shoes but in general we do not clean them. In some cases there will be surface dirt and dirt on the soles that you might need to wipe off. Used does not mean immaculate. (This does not mean the shoes are worn out. It just means they probably have some dirt on them from normal use.)
